Why are you changing your pricing model?
We are transitioning to a new pricing model to better align with the value our customers derive from our software. By moving to a usage-based pricing model, we ensure that you only pay for what you use, which is fairer and more transparent. This change also simplifies our pricing structure, eliminating the need for per-user fees and providing unlimited access for all your team members.
How does the new pricing model work?
The new pricing model includes a platform fee and a volume based fee based on the number of invoices processed through our software. This means you pay a base rate for access to our services, and an additional fee that scales with your usage. The more invoices you process, the more value you receive, and our pricing reflects that.
What are the benefits of the new pricing model?
Scalability: As your portfolio grows, our pricing model grows with you, ensuring that our tool always provides value at every stage of your business's evolution.

How will this change impact my current subscription?
For existing customers, we will, on the renewal date, update the license key to unlimited (100) users so you can give your colleagues access to CreditManager. On this date, you also can request to activate the API suite for your environment. For more information about the possibilities please contact your customer success manager.
Please be aware that there can be consultancy involved to implement the API’s with your internal platform.
Will there be any discounts or incentives for long-term commitments?
The new pricing is based on an annual contract payment in advance. When you would like to change this to a longer contract period, please contact your customer success manager.
How can I estimate my future costs under the new pricing model?
We will provide you the volume based pricing and the estimated number of invoices based on the previous year, two months before renewal date. Future cost will be based on the number of invoices processed during the current year and recalculated on a yearly basis. Future cost can be calculated by yourself by forecasting your imported invoices* in CreditManager for the next year. Additionally, our customer success team is available to help you understand this mechanism.
* Each unique invoice is a unique identified record in the CreditManager system
What support will be available during this transition?

What if my usage varies significantly from month to month?
Our flexible pricing model is designed to accommodate fluctuations in your usage. You will be billed for the yearly processed invoices so monthly fluctuations will not influence your yearly volume fee.
