The department is responsible for generating a constant stream of new leads in the West-European and UK market through inbound and outbound contact. Within this function you are able to ask about the needs and interests, build an active but customer focus relationship and know how to inform, in an enthusiastic way, about OnGuard and its products and services. You are proactively hunting for new opportunities for OnGuard. In good cooperation with sales and marketing you ensure a qualitative expansion of our customer database.
To expand our team we are looking for a Senior Inbound Lead Generation Representative. You set up a concrete plan together with the Online Marketing Consultant with the aim of expanding the number of inbound leads which for example enter through our websites, social media and the like. You have a free role and work towards the final execution taking into account the wishes and needs of the organisation. You will report to the VP Marketing.
In this function you receive ambitious personal goals that contribute to the team and to the organisational goals with a very attractive commission scheme. You start with an extensive internal training, in which you learn everything about the OnGuard software, the technology behind it and the way we work. You will soon bring the gained knowledge into practice and combine this with your background in acquistion.
• Certified Bachelor education direction Commercial (Marketing)
• Available 24-36 hours
• 3-5 years’ experience with building Lead Generation
• Basic knowledge of Marketing
• Active on social media
• Experience with making customer appointments
• Experience with MS Office and preferably Salesforce & Act-on
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a great plus
